Green Bay Baby Session: Caleb – 3 months

Sometimes part of the fun of baby photo sessions is that we never know what to expect. Babies do their own thing! This little guy was such a good sport during his Green Bay baby session. No doubt, he already knows he’s pretty cute…

Green Bay Engagement Photos: Amber & Paul

Despite having an extended warm spell to start our winter, it was definitely cold the day we took these Green Bay engagement photos!

From the first time I talked with Amber, I have been constantly impressed by her sense of organization with her wedding planning. These two have got their acts together! We are thrilled to be a part of their wedding journey and help Amber and Paul turn those plans into reality.

DePere Engagement Session: Dani & Kurt

We’re not strangers to inconvenient weather during photo sessions. But Dani and Kurt’s DePere engagement session was the total opposite. We had perfect weather, a great day, a gorgeous location, and this pretty adorable couple! It doesn’t get much better than that.

Downtown Green Bay Senior Pictures: Anna

Being a photographer is clearly awesome for so many reasons. One of my favorites is that every session is totally different. When we discussed options for Anna’s senior photo session, we kept coming back to the idea of a more urban look. Even though its become a popular location, it’s always fun to find new and different ways to create downtown Green Bay senior pictures. Of course, it doesn’t hurt to have super fun clients either 🙂

Seymour Family Session: Rohm Family [Behind the Scenes]

If you’re familiar with some of my website content, you’re probably aware that I shoot weddings, seniors, families, babies, “and other photography adventures.” That’s not just blog filler–I really do enjoy the creative challenge of new ideas. The Rohm family took me up on that with their ideas for this Seymour family session, and we had a great time!

Farm Senior Pictures: Jacob

Part of making senior pictures personal and memorable is using a location that is meaningful in some way. When we were planning Jacob’s session, the ideas we discussed were rustic, landscapes, textures, and a piano. Luckily, his uncle’s property had all that and more for his farm senior pictures!

Chicago Newborn Session — Ethan!

I have not gotten to photograph a little one this little in a long time. Ethan arrived into the world a wee bit early and I got to meet him at the perfect age of nine days old for his Chicago newborn session. In talking with his (very awesome) parents, I am in total awe of how easy they’re making everything look with this parenting thing. Ethan seems to have gotten that message too. He was a total joy to photograph!

Chicago Baby Session: Liam R

Try to write a blog post about a little guy who is so adorable, there just ARE NO WORDS.  I guess the pictures from this baby session will just have to speak for themselves.

You may have seen this cutie hanging around my facebook page recently. Love him!

Green Bay Engagement Session: Angie & Justin

As an artist, I have a love-hate relationship with nature. I love all the possibilities it presents for visual beauty in ways that man made creations can’t always match, for example. I also hate mosquitoes, for example. And sometimes nature has differing opinions when it comes to my artistic vision for photo sessions. This engagement session with Angie & Justin had all sorts of input from nature, and it worked out great!
